The majority of people that are metal allergic are allergic to Nickel. We do our best to acquire Nickel free materials but that is not always possible. If you let us know we will do our best to make sure your items are Nickel free.
To ensure long life for your jewelry, we recommend keeping it dry and polished. Although our jewelry is made to last, many of our materials are naturally sensitive to moisture, skin oils and the environment and may tarnish when exposed to these. Simply polishing your jewelry with a polishing cloth will go a long way to keeping it beautiful. Additionally, some gemstones and crystals are fragile by nature, so please be gentle with your stones and wipe them off with a soft cloth(not a polishing cloth which often have fine abrasives in them & can scratch your stones) after wearing.

If a package is damaged in transit, take a picture of all sides of the package before you open it & send it to us. Then open it to see if contents have been damaged. Most often they have not! If they have, take pictures, send to us & we will make arrangements. If we are not contacted within 7 days, item(s) may be subject to our standard 14 day return policy.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return. Returns must be authorized by us prior to returning. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Upon receiving your return in undamaged, unworn condition, we will either ship you a replacement item or issue a refund for the cost of the item minus shipping. Most of our items are OOAK (One of a Kind) therefore there may be additional production time to source the materials to take care of the item. Our jewelry is truly One of a Kind (OOAK) so we will do our best to make a replacement item. Your satisfaction is the most important part of our business, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if there is a problem!
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
•Custom or personalized orders
We will use the US Postal Service(USPS), UPS or FedEx to deliver your order. UPS and FedEx require a street mailing address. However, we will ship orders to a PO Box, APO or FPO via the US Postal Service (Priority Mail). Please be aware that expedited shipping is not available for APO or FPO addresses and delivery may take several days longer than delivery within the US.

Our current production times are stated within each listing. Ready to ship items typically ship within 1-3 business days, while made to order items can take up to 2+ weeks to complete. We will send it sooner if at all possible! If you have a specific deadline, please let us know prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you!
